Need help with imports, A/B compare, purchases, or restore? We are here for mix engineers and producers using Mixtran on iPhone and iPad.

- Your iOS version and device model
- Mixtran app version (Settings → About in the app)
- A short description of what you expected vs. what happened
Common topics
- Restore purchase: Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchase while signed into the same Apple ID used to buy Mixtran Pro.
- Import audio: Use Files or cloud providers supported by iOS. Very large files may take longer to analyze on device.
- Level match: Enable level-matched compare in the player so A/B switches do not favor the louder bounce.
- Free tier: Your first project is fully featured. Additional projects require the one-time Pro unlock.

Does Mixtran require an account?
No. Mixtran runs locally on your device. Your audio files stay on your iPhone or iPad.
Is there a subscription?
No subscription. Your first project is free. Unlock unlimited projects with a one-time Mixtran Pro purchase.
What audio formats are supported?
Import common audio files from Files or cloud storage. Mixtran analyzes loudness and waveforms on device.
Can I restore my purchase?
Yes. Use Restore purchase in the app on any device signed into the same Apple ID.
