Monarch Labs ("we", "us") built Mixtran (com.mlabs.mixtran) as a local audio tool for mix engineers. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the app and this website.
Summary
- Mixtran does not require an account.
- Your audio files and project data stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Information we do not collect in the app
The Mixtran iOS app is designed to work offline with your local library. We do not operate a cloud backend that stores your mixes, references, waveforms, notes, or listening history.
On-device processing
Audio you import is analyzed on your iPhone or iPad for playback, loudness (LUFS), waveforms, translation previews, and compare features. This processing happens locally and is not uploaded to our servers by default.
Data you choose to share
If you use optional sharing features, data may leave your device only through actions you initiate, such as:
- Exporting or sharing compare PDF reports through iOS share sheets
- Client listen mode on your local network, when enabled by you
- Standard iOS file import/export through Files or other apps you select
Purchases
Mixtran Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple. We receive purchase validation information from Apple to unlock features but do not receive your full payment card details. Apple's privacy policy governs payment processing.
Website
This marketing site (https://mixtran.vercel.app) may receive standard server logs from our hosting provider (for example, IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Support communications
If you email support@mixtran.app, we use your message and email address only to respond to your request and maintain support records.
Children
Mixtran is a professional audio tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
